New Member Services Senior Counsel

Recently, Maryanne Woo joined ALAS as Senior Counsel in the Member Services Department. Maryanne joins us from Omni Bridgeway, a global dispute finance company, where she was an investment manager and internal legal counsel. Prior to that, she was a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Reed Smith for over 20 years where she specialized in product liability defense. She was also the Deputy Chair for one of Reed Smith’s commercial litigation groups and served on the Recruiting Committee and Associate Evaluation Committee.

Maryanne earned her undergraduate and law degrees from Columbia University in New York.
