20/20 Hindsight - New Video Training Series Coming Soon!

Introducing 20/20 Hindsight, a series of training videos, each under 10 minutes, created to deliver practical loss prevention advice. These videos are designed for lawyers who have experienced a misstep or need further training on a particular issue, for onboarding new attorneys, and as a supplement to your firm’s loss prevention education efforts.
Our 20/20 Hindsight videos are unlike any that ALAS has produced in the past. For the first time, firms can assign these videos for viewing and monitor completion. Each video includes an interactive quiz with multiple-choice questions based on the content. Viewers who successfully complete the quiz will receive a certificate of completion, which ALAS can send to your firm’s designated representative for tracking purposes.
The first installment of the 20/20 Hindsight series includes four videos covering key topics: engagement letters, documenting client communications, conflicts of interest, and closing files. All four videos will be available for use beginning in January 2026.
