New Senior Claims Counsel

We are pleased to welcome Caryn Trombino as Senior Claims Counsel at ALAS. Before joining us, Caryn served as a Senior Attorney and Acting Associate Director in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where she led investigations and oversaw a staff of attorneys and accountants in the Chicago Regional Office’s Enforcement program. Prior to the SEC, Caryn was a partner and firmwide Chair of the White Collar Investigations practice at Perkins Coie LLP (now known as Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP). She has extensive experience handling disputes and investigations in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, energy, and higher education.

Caryn earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her law degree from New York University School of Law.
