Only law firms with 35 or more attorneys are eligible to apply for professional liability insurance from ALAS, Inc.
To request an application from ALAS, Inc., please complete the form below. When you click the "Send E-Mail" button, the information will be sent to the Member Services Department of ALAS, Inc.
Upon receipt of your e-mail, an application package will be sent to you. Once your completed application is received by ALAS, Inc., you will be contacted within 72 hours by an individual from our Member Services Department who will explain ALAS Inc.'s evaluation process.
